AI processing and sharing
Whether prompts, uploaded strategies or trading data are sent to third-party AI providers must be disclosed from verified runtime configuration. The platform must not claim local-only processing without evidence or use proprietary strategies for unrelated model training without authorization.
Retention and rights
Records are retained according to operational, security, audit and legal needs. Applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability rights depend on jurisdiction. A verified retention schedule remains pending.
