Current Status

Live-money status: blocked until all live gates pass. Demo and testnet can continue only with valid TP, SL, stale-signal protection, and account-scoped controls.

Most ready exchanges: Bybit, OKX, and Binance. They should be tested in that order because Bybit currently has the strongest stored connection evidence in this workspace, OKX has native routing support, and Binance has broad testnet/websocket adapter capability.

Admin Step-By-Step Guide

  1. Sign in to the admin app at /exotrade-ai/auth/login.html?role=admin.
  2. Open Broker Directory and confirm Bybit, OKX, and Binance have official or referral links, expiry policy notes, and correct demo/testnet settings.
  3. Open Client API Connection for the selected client and choose the intended exchange.
  4. For live launch, change the account environment to mainnet; testnet is not live-money ready.
  5. Store read/trade-only API credentials in the encrypted credential vault. Reject keys that allow withdrawals.
  6. Run Test Saved Connection and confirm account balance, equity, available balance, instrument rules, and permissions are synced.
  7. Open Market Data Certification and confirm fresh ticks, candles, chart adapter, and stream data are certified for the target symbol.
  8. Open Strategy Certification and confirm at least one strategy is production-certified for the client scope.
  9. Open Signal Governance and approve only a fresh signal with entry, SL, TP, expiry, RR, and risk validation.
  10. Open Alert Setup and send successful test alerts to email, Telegram, and WhatsApp or the approved subset required by policy.
  11. Open Live Launch and save evidence for credential vault, balance reconciliation, websocket streaming, idempotency, alerts, audit logs, mobile builds, and testnet rehearsal.
  12. Run a complete testnet rehearsal: login, fresh signal, order, fill, position, TP/SL or manual close, closed-trade report, balance/equity reconciliation, and alerts.
  13. Only after all gates pass, approve live routing for the selected client and exchange.

Client Step-By-Step Guide

  1. Sign in to the client app at /exotrade-ai/auth/login.html?role=client.
  2. Complete two-step verification and confirm the dashboard opens.
  3. Complete the profile and upload required ID documents if the admin requires profile approval.
  4. Open the exchange registration link from the client app. If the admin supplied a referral link, the exchange name opens that referral; otherwise it opens the official exchange link.
  5. Create or confirm the correct demo, testnet, or live exchange account.
  6. For live trading, create a dedicated API key with read and trade permission only. Do not enable withdrawals.
  7. Provide required connection details through the app wizard when requested: exchange, environment, account label, API key, secret, passphrase if required, and risk acknowledgement.
  8. Check the dashboard Balance, Equity, Floating P/L, Open Orders, Positions, Closed Orders, and Trading Process Health sections after every test trade.
  9. Do not act on expired, blocked, stale, rejected, or practice-only live signals.
  10. Use manual trading only when entry, TP, SL, and optional trailing stop are clear.
  11. Notify the admin if the app shows stale market data, missing balance sync, missing positions after filled orders, or live readiness blocked.

Broker Readiness Summary

Exchange Why It Is A Priority Required Before Live
Bybit Native adapter and current testnet connection evidence exist. Mainnet account, fresh API validation, balance sync, vault credentials, stream certification, and live-ready signal.
OKX Native adapter support exists and simulated trading is supported. Client connection, passphrase handling, balance sync, instrument rules, and complete live-readiness gates.
Binance Strong testnet/websocket capability in adapter registry. Resolve catalog/native-routing flag differences, connect account, sync balance, and certify order/position streams.
